Your Family Entertainment AG: First Look Agreement and Extraordinary
Profit
Munich, June 11th, 2007 Your Family Entertainment AG has entered into an
agreement which provides The Walt Disney Company (Germany) GmbH for a
period of six years with a right of first negotiation for all rights, as
and when they become available, to any entertainment properties and related
merchandise owned or controlled by Your Family Entertainment AG or related
entities during the six-year term of the agreement.
Concurrently, Your Family Entertainment AG and Your Worldwide Licensing
GmbH, a 100 % subsidiary of Your Family Entertainment AG agreed to settle a
commercial dispute with The Walt Disney Company (Germany) GmbH. In
consideration, The Walt Disney Company (Germany) GmbH will make a payment
to Your Family Entertainment AG of one million Euros.
