The board of management of Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft
votes to increase the share capital using the company’s authorised capital
The board of management of Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft in
Mu-nich, using the authority granted to it under § 4 section (3) of the
company’s statutes and subject to the approval of the supervisory board,
today voted to increase the capital stock, using the authorised share
capital, from € 6,525,488.00 by up to € 2,174,512.00 to up to €
8,700,00.00 in return for contributions in cash through the issue of up to
2,174,512 new individual bearer share certificates (common stock) with an
arithmetic share in the common stock of € 1,00 per share. The new shares
are fully entitled to participate in profits from January 1st 2007. The
subscription price and other details of the capital increase will be
established and announced separately shortly before the execution of the
capital increase.
Your Family Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft intends to use the net
proceeds of the issue for the continued development of the operational
business. It is intended that the funds will be invested chiefly in new
programs, synchronisations and the company’s own pay-TV station
'yourfamily'.
